Privacy policy

SessionForMe is operated by Stavros Vorkas. It helps independent professionals manage appointments, client follow-up, balances and deliberate communications. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to stavrosvorkas@gmail.com.

Information SessionForMe handles

SessionForMe may store professional account and workspace details; client or guardian names and contact details; appointment dates, services and locations; homework, home-practice, booking answers, client-visible summaries and private notes; consent records; and charges, manually recorded payments and balances. A professional may enter health-related information when using SessionForMe for therapy.

Why it is used

The information is used only to provide the requested workspace: scheduling sessions, preventing booking conflicts, keeping client records, preparing reviewed summaries, recording balances, securing accounts and delivering messages that the professional explicitly approves. SessionForMe does not sell personal data or use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Sharing and service providers

Data is processed by the hosting and authentication services needed to run SessionForMe. Email, SMS and payment providers receive only the information needed for a feature after that feature is configured and used. Payment-card details are entered directly with the payment provider and are not stored by SessionForMe. Apple Calendar and reminder integration is optional; generated events and notifications omit client details by default.

Storage, security and retention

Workspace data is kept while the account is active and removed after a verified deletion request, subject to any records that must be kept for legal or accounting obligations. Mobile credentials use the iPhone Keychain. Offline drafts use iOS file protection and are removed after successful synchronization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but SessionForMe applies access controls, tenant isolation and auditable changes designed for this data.

Your choices and rights

A workspace owner can export workspace data, disconnect mobile devices and request deletion from SessionForMe. Calendar and notification permissions can be changed in iOS Settings. People whose information is managed by a professional should normally contact that professional first; privacy requests can also be sent to the address above. Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.

Children and professional responsibility

SessionForMe is a tool for professionals, not a service directed to children. A professional remains responsible for having an appropriate basis and any guardian consent required before entering a minor’s or client’s information.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change is governed by the updated policy where permitted by law.
