SessionForMe

Draft for legal review · 5 August 2026

Terms of use

These draft terms describe the intended operation of SessionForMe. They must be reviewed for the business and launch countries before public release. SessionForMe is operated by Stavros Vorkas. Questions can be sent to stavrosvorkas@gmail.com.

The service

SessionForMe helps independent professionals manage appointments, follow-up information, balances and deliberate client communication. It is an operational record-keeping tool, not accounting, tax, medical, legal or emergency-service software.

Professional responsibilities

Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, the services they provide, their client relationships, and the lawful basis and consent needed to process client or guardian data. Clinical records, diagnoses and emergency information should not be placed in SessionForMe unless their use has been separately assessed and approved for that practice.

Bookings, cancellations and refunds

Each professional sets the service price, booking notice and cancellation or refund policy shown before a booking. The professional is responsible for delivering the booked service and resolving service disputes. A cancelled paid booking may require manual review; SessionForMe does not silently issue a refund.

Acceptable use

Do not use SessionForMe unlawfully, access another workspace without permission, interfere with security controls, upload malicious material, or use the service to send unsolicited messages. Keep login and device-pairing credentials private and revoke access to lost or shared devices promptly.

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and protect stored data, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Features may change to maintain security, reliability or legal compliance. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a revised date.

Account closure

Workspace owners can export their data and request deletion. A seven-day cooling-off period allows accidental requests to be cancelled. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
